Terms of Use

DEFINITIONS

• “Client”, “you”, “your” means any person or entity using our Services.
• “Deliverables” means the final website, code, designs, or digital assets created by WebForgePlus for the Client.
• “Agreement” refers to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any signed SLA or proposal.

ELIGIBILITY

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not barred under applicable laws in India or other jurisdictions from using our Services.

SERVICES OFFERED

• Website design and development
• UI/UX design
• E-commerce development
• Landing pages and micro-sites
• Custom integrations
• Website maintenance and performance optimization

PAYMENT TERMS

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Standard model: 50% advance before work begins, 50% upon completion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• We retain ownership of all pre-existing IP, code libraries, or design assets.
• Upon full payment, ownership of Deliverables transfers to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party assets are licensed per their individual terms.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely feedback, content, images, and approvals.
• Ensure provided materials don’t infringe third-party rights or laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared login credentials.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

• Services are provided “as-is” and “as available”.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance unless under a maintenance contract.
• Not liable for third-party platform downtimes or issues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebForgePlus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

TERMINATION

• You breach these Terms.
• Payments are not made on time.
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
