Refund Policy

At WebForgePlus, client satisfaction is paramount. However, due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are offered only under the circumstances outlined below.

DEFINITIONS

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • No substantial work has commenced on your project;
  • You have not violated any of our Terms of Use.

NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Work already completed or in-progress;
  • Delays caused due to client non-cooperation or lack of communication;
  • Custom design or development services already delivered;
  • Domain name purchases or third-party software/tools/licenses.

PROCESS FOR CLAIMING A REFUND

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Email your refund request to contact@webforgeplus.in with your invoice number.
  • Our billing team will review the case and respond within 7 business days.

MODE OF REFUND

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel a project by written notice before work has begun.
  • Projects canceled after partial completion may incur proportional charges.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

WebForgePlus reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. The latest version will be available on our website.
